NOSE
Aromatic and complex — sakura blossom, ripe stone fruit, vanilla, soft umami, dried fruit, gentle baking spice, and polished oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Layered and elegant — ripe peach, vanilla cream, soft caramel, dried apricot, gentle floral notes, savoury umami, and integrated oak — uniquely complex and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and elegantly composed — lingering stone fruit, vanilla, soft oak, gentle floral notes, and a touch of umami warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
