Seville orange peel complements ripe red apple and floral notes. Vanilla fudge gives way to passionfruit and a hint of fresh-cut grass.

PALATE

Smooth pineapple and watermelon are followed by spicy pepper. Desiccated coconut comes to the fore alongside subtle grapefruit and mature oak.

FINISH

Full and spicy with lingering citrus and soft aniseed.
