TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deeply complex and beautifully layered with stewed plums, sour cherries, dried figs, and dark raisins leading the way, complemented by spiced orange peel, ginger, dark chocolate, polished oak, and a subtle cigar-like earthiness that speaks to the full twenty years of first-fill sherry hogshead maturation.
PALATE
Full-bodied, silky, and richly textured with cocoa powder, leather, toasted hazelnuts, and dried plums at the fore, balanced by orange and black pepper warmth, toasted almonds, milk chocolate, and a creamy sweetness that slowly gives way to warming oak spice of remarkable refinement.
