Separated by exactly 8,888 kilometres yet united by a shared passion for quality and the art of blending, these two houses have created something truly extraordinary. At its heart is a premium Yamadaho Junmai Daiginjo, polished to 35% and aged for 10 months in rare Scotch whisky barrels — including single malt casks matured for over 18 years — resulting in a sake of unparalleled complexity and elegance.
