TASTING NOTES


Nose: Smooth and delicate, it is marked by spices (pepper), ripe fruits (mirabelle, peach), and citrus zest. It evolves towards smoke and dark chocolate.

Palate: Lively and highly spiced. Jam of ripe fruits (plum). Licorice, it gradually reveals the fine acridity of peat.

Finish: Long, it reveals notes of honey, heather, and sweet spices. With a pleasant vegetal freshness (chlorophyll), it lingers on ash.
