Do you have a physical retail store?

We are only operating online at the moment.

Do you provide gift wrapping / gift message service?

Yes, gift wrapping is provided at $5.00. You add either Gift Wrap (for liquor with gift boxes) or Wine Bag (for liquor without gift boxes i.e. bottle only) to cart. 

You can provide a message to be included in your delivery. 

Can I arrange for self-collection?

Yes. The address for self collection is at Orchard Towers.  Please WhatsApp us at  +65 9680 5856 with your order reference number and your date/time of collection.  

Our self-collection hours are:

Monday to Friday : 9am – 5pm

Ordering And Payment

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please also check your junk mail folder.  If you did not receive the confirmation email, please WhatsApp us at +65 9680 5856 or email [email protected]. 

My order is confirmed but I would like to amend the items.

We are unable to amend it but you can cancel it as long as it has not been shipped. Afterwards, you can place a new order.

My order is confirmed and shipped but I would like to cancel.

When your order is “shipped”, it means that your item has been packed and is on the way.  Cancellation is not allowed from this point onwards.

Delivery

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free local (Singapore) delivery.

When will my order arrive?

We will deliver within 3 working days from the receipt of your order and its full payment.  

Our deliveries are from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays). 

We do not deliver during Sundays and public holidays.

I have placed my order but the shipping address is incorrect. How do I amend it?

Please WhatsApp us at +65 9680 5856 or email [email protected] and provide the order confirmation number and correct address in your message.

Can I request for a specific time for my delivery?

Unfortunately, our deliveries cannot be made at a specified time. 

You may indicate a timing request under remarks, however it would still be best if you could arrange for someone to receive the item within the time slot you have selected. 

Alternatively, you may wish to authorise us to leave your order at the door/shoe cabinet/riser/etc. By doing that, we will send you a picture of the item once it is done. But please only do this at your own discretion. We are not liable for missing items or any changes in quality during the time your items are left out.

If timing is a concern, you may choose to purchase via our store on Foodpanda and get it delivered instantly!

What happens if there is no one to receive when the driver arrive?

Our driver will call/text you if there is no one to answer the door to request for your authorisation to leave your order at the door/shoe cabinet/riser/etc. By doing that, we will send you a picture of the item once it is done. But please only do this at your own discretion. We are not liable for missing items or any changes in quality during the time your items are left out.

Please note that our driver will only wait at the door for maximum 5 minutes. If the delivery fails, the redelivery will cost an additional $15.

Do you deliver overseas?

Not at the moment – but continue to watch this space!

Returns

What are your returns/exchange policy?

Rest assured you are getting authentic and high quality liquor when you order with us! 

We are happy to accept returns and replacements of products that are delivered damaged or not as per your order. We do not expect this to happen but please WhatsApp us at +65 9680 5856 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We offer 2-weeks online store credits for returned items.

We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.
