The Story
How the world learned to make whisky its own way.
Japanese Whisky
Modelled on Scotch but refined to a Japanese ideal of balance and precision, Japanese whisky is prized for its clean, layered character. From the delicate Hakushu to the rich Yamazaki and the masterful Hibiki blends, it has won the world's top awards — and a devoted following.
American Whiskey
Bourbon must be made from at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak, giving its signature sweet vanilla and caramel notes. Rye brings spice, Tennessee adds charcoal mellowing — together they're the backbone of the classic Old Fashioned, Manhattan and Whiskey Sour.
How to Drink
In a Glencairn glass
The best way to judge a fine single malt — a small pour in a Glencairn glass at room temperature, a drop of water to open it up.
The Japanese way
Japanese whisky and chilled soda over plenty of ice — crisp, refreshing and perfect with food in Singapore's heat.
Bourbon's home turf
American whiskey shines in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Whiskey Sour — rich, balanced and timeless.
