Aged entirely in the tropics, which produces bolder flavours at a younger age, Finest Caribbean is intended as a delicious sipping rum as well as bringing an extra depth to tasty cocktail creations.

Nose: Tropical fruits, Caribbean sweets, plantain tarts, banana fritters, creme brulee, honeysuckle & eucalyptus
Palate: Round & rich, butter toffee, banana cream, caramel, cinnamon, all spice & baked fruits, joined by dark chocolates.
Finish: Chocolate & coffee fades into roasted banana & anise.
