Beginning its first twenty years in cask, the spirit was nurtured by American Oak hogsheads, creating the signature style of Bowmore. Much like the lovers in this story, the whisky underwent its own transformation as three years of further maturation in a pair of heady cask styles: Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry, adding depth with rich and luscious fruit notes.

• BREATHE IN : Atlantic Sea salt, toffee, tanned leather and stewed apples
• SIP : Golden maple syrup, dark chocolate, liquorice root and tannin oak
• SAVOUR : Earthy rich peat with a long, honeyed sweetness

The oldest release in the Frank Quitely series, this exceptional single malt embarks on its definitive journey in American Oak hogsheads, which embodies the signature style of Bowmore. Much like the lovers however, this whisky underwent its own transformation with two years of further maturation in first fill Pinot Noir Wine Barriques, adding a distinctive richness with expressive fruit and nut notes.
