Nestled on the north coast of the island, Port Askaig has been the gateway to the island for hundreds of years. It was therefore a natural choice for Elixir Distillers to name their iconic brand after this magical place. Although there is no distillery in Port Askaig, it allows them to specially select casks from surrounding distilleries and create different expressions.
