The Glenlivet 15 Years Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 70cl

Meant exclusively for the Scandinavian market it was unfortunately not legal to sell in Norway due to the high alcohol content of 61.2% abv. This single cask single malt is fully matured in a Spanish Oloroso Sherry cask and is a very limited bottling of only 618 bottles. A collector's item? Or is it too intriguing to try this one out? The aromas are lightly floral at first with honey, apples and pears to follow, the palate is of course sherry, but so gently, grapes, white pepper and honey with a long finish of honey, sherry, malt and perfume.
