TASTING NOTES

An unobstrusive note of wood highlights are perfumed, airy and relatively elegant red berry fruit, spice and Grevrey style earth-in-fused nose. There is a more evident minerality to the big-bodied, sleek and muscluar flavors that possess a lovely sense of underlying tension on the pungently saline finish. This is sufficiently accessible that it should be approachable young but allow for longer-term aging too if desired.
