Founded in 1815, Ardbeg has long been regarded as one of the most uncompromising peated distilleries on Islay.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and aromatic — peat smoke, dark berry, ripe red fruit, vanilla, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, dark berry, vanilla cream, dark toffee, gentle pepper, and integrated wine-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, dark fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, and a gentle wine-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
