Doorly's XO is a blend of pot and column still rum, fully matured in Barbados.
It was matured for a minimum of six years and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask.
The label features an image of the grand Hyacinth Macaw – the largest macaw in the world.

This rum has a rich, fruity character, with notes of toffee, raisins and vanilla throughout the palate. The increase of 3% in its ABV brings more spice and sharpens up the mouthfeel; giving it more pronounced tannins.
