TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — vanilla, sherried dried fruit, ripe orchard fruit, dark caramel, gentle pot-still spice, soft toasted nuts, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and rounded — vanilla cream, sherried dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, dark toffee, gentle pot-still spice, soft toasted nuts, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle pot-still spice, soft baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
