Shui Jing Fang Wellbay Dragon is a celebrated luxury limited-edition Chinese baijiu from one of China's most historic distilleries. Crafted in the signature Strong-Aroma (Nong Xiang, 浓香型) style, this baijiu is fermented in continuous-use mud pits — some dating back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) — which impart the distinctive complex aroma that defines the Sichuan baijiu tradition.
The bottle features striking dragon imagery — the dragon being the supreme symbol of power, fortune, and imperial authority in Chinese tradition. Paired with the Shui Jing Fang Phoenix edition, the Dragon completes the auspicious dragon-and-phoenix pairing — a celebrated Chinese symbol of harmony, prosperity, and conjugal felicity.
Produced by Shui Jing Fang Distillery (水井坊) in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China — owned by Diageo since 2013. The distillery is home to some of the oldest baijiu fermentation pits in China (over 600 years), classified as a National Cultural Heritage site.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Intensely aromatic — strong fruity esters of ripe pineapple and tropical fruit, layered with fermented grain, honey, dried flowers, and subtle earthy depth.
PALATE
Full-bodied and powerful — sweet ripe fruit, honey, fermented sorghum, dried flowers, and a complex earthy-spiced backbone, with the distinctive depth of pit-fermented baijiu.
FINISH
Exceptionally long and warming — lingering fruit, honey, and a deeply complex spiced fade unique to Sichuan strong-aroma baijiu.
