Wuliangye 52% (五粮液, "Five Grain Liquor") is a celebrated iconic Chinese strong-aroma baijiu — produced in Yibin, Sichuan Province from the celebrated five-grain recipe (sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, and corn). One of China's "Two Big Brothers" of baijiu alongside Kweichow Moutai. Distinctive for its strong-aroma (nong xiang) profile from 600+ year-old continuously-used cellars. Bottle size 50cl.

TASTING NOTES
There is marked fruitiness mainly pineapple notes, liquorice, with savoury elements, soy sauce and a distinct dryness. The finish is very dry, long and lingering with alcohol burn.
