Two oaks, more time
Like all Double Cask whiskies, the 15 is matured in American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry in Jerez. American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak.
The whisky
Three more years than the 12 give a fuller, sweeter malt with a golden butterscotch colour and flavours of butterscotch, apple and sweet spice.
