The Macallan 15 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt matured for at least 15 years in a combination of European oak and American oak sherry-seasoned casks. The extended maturation deepens the layered profile of the Double Cask range, with richer dried-fruit and oak complexity.
Founded in 1824. Bottled at 43% ABV — a higher proof to carry the deeper layering.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deep and aromatic — sherried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, ripe orchard fruit, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Rich and rounded — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, ginger, and integrated oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering dried fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, gentle spice, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — refined, mature, and elegantly composed.
