The 21 Year Old draws on a careful selection of casks rather than the standard core recipe — each batch a specific expression of the distillery's deepest reserves.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deep and aromatic — sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, dried fig, gentle baking spice, leather, and warm toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Rich and full-bodied — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, and integrated sherry oak — layered and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering dried fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, gentle spice, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — refined, mature, and elegantly composed.
