Aromatic and complex — gentle peat smoke, vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, soft honey, gentle baking spice, soft floral notes, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, vanilla cream, honeyed orchard fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, gentle floral notes, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, vanilla, honey, gentle baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
