TASTING NOTES

• Rich and intense.
• Fresh oak spice, cloves, and cinnamon.
• dark chocolate, toasted coconut, and vanilla pods
• Subtle dried fruit — figs and raisins— with an earthy undertone.
• A bit of tobacco and leather as it opens up.

• Full-bodied, with a big spice attack initially (black pepper, nutmeg).
• Followed by layers of caramelized sugar, burnt orange peel, and dark fruits.
• The French oak influence brings a tannic grip, but it’s well-integrated.
• Creamy texture with notes of hazelnut, oak char, and baking spice.

• Long, warming, and spicy.
• Lingering notes of dry cocoa, oak, and a hint of red apple skin.
• Slight astringency from the new oak, giving it a drying finish that fades into sweet spice.
