NOSE
Aromatic and warmly composed — vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, gentle peat smoke, soft honey, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — vanilla cream, honeyed orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, gentle smoke, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Medium-long and warmly composed — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle smoke, soft baking spice, and a gentle warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
