Taste: Spicy first hit (cinnamon, ginger), then creamy texture with dried fruits (figs, raisins, prunes, orange peel), dark chocolate, licorice, coffee‑like bitterness and a touch of earthy/herbal notes.

Finish: Medium to moderately long, slightly drying, on peppered chocolate, cinnamon, licorice, light oak, herbaceous notes and a hint of saltiness.

Taste sensation
Overall sensation: Rich, jammy and indulgent, with a balance of sweet sherry fruitcake notes and darker chocolate, coffee and spice.

Mouthfeel: Starts a little lean, becoming creamy and coating mid‑palate.

Intensity: Medium‑high flavour intensity, dominated by sherry‑driven dried fruits and baking spices.
