TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — vanilla, sherried dried fruit, ripe orchard fruit, gentle salinity, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm aged oak — refined and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Velvety and rounded — vanilla cream, sherried dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, gentle salinity, dark toffee, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and integrated aged oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle salinity, dark caramel, soft baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
