TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — concentrated sugarcane, vanilla, geranium, gentle macerated fruits, royal jelly, refined oak, and the distinctive 16-year tropical maturation character.
PALATE
Lively and robust — perfect harmony of sugarcane, vanilla, and geranium at the attack, building through licorice into ethereal mid-palate of macerated fruits and royal jelly.
FINISH
Long and peppery — ethereal mid-palate yields to a refined Cayenne-pepper finish, with sustained vanilla, sugarcane, and a polished single-cask Bajan fade.
