Benromach Contrasts: Air Dried Oak 2013 Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 70cl
Benromach Contrasts: Air Dried Oak 2013 is the second vintage release in the Air Dried Oak experimental series — a Speyside single malt matured in casks built from oak staves seasoned outdoors over multiple years. The slower drying produces a softer, more aromatic wood with rounded tannins.
Hand-crafted at Speyside's smallest working distillery, owned by Gordon & MacPhail. Each vintage in the Contrasts Air Dried Oak series demonstrates how the same wood preparation interacts with spirit from a different distillation year.
A connoisseur's expression — neat or with a drop of water.
