Palate : Initial notes of salt and seaweed reminiscent of sea air are met with dark smoke and a crisp spice. Intense toasted spices, powerful peat and charred oak. Smoke fades to reveal golden barley, hints of vanilla cream and a coastal sea spray.
Finish : Lingering finish with salted caramel and deep smoke.
