TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and concentrated — peat smoke, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, ripe orchard fruit, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, leather, and warm toasted oak — concentrated and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, vanilla cream, sherried dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, dark toffee, gentle baking spice, gentle leather, and integrated oak — bold, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, dark caramel, gentle leather, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
