Cadenhead's Original Collection 12 features Ardmore 11 Year Old — an independent peated Highland bottling from William Cadenhead Ltd., Scotland's oldest independent bottler, founded in Aberdeen in 1842. , non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Ardmore was founded in 1898 by William Teacher and Sons specifically to provide peated heart-malt for Teacher's blends — making it one of the few Highland distilleries with a serious peated tradition. Cadenhead's remains owned by J&A Mitchell, the family behind Springbank.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — gentle peat smoke, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, soft honey, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle pepper, and integrated oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, vanilla, soft caramel, and a gentle peppery oak warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
