Cadenhead's Original Collection 12 features Ben Nevis 11 Year Old — an independent bottling from William Cadenhead Ltd., Scotland's oldest independent bottler, founded in Aberdeen in 1842. The Original Collection is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Cadenhead's has been bottling rare and aged single malts for over 180 years and remains owned by J&A Mitchell, the family behind Springbank distillery. Limited release.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and warmly composed — vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm toasted oak — refined and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, soft toffee, gentle pepper, dried apricot, and integrated oak — silky and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Medium-long and warmly oaked — lingering orchard fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, and a gentle peppery oak warmth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
