PALATE
Velvety and rounded — vanilla cream, caramelised dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, dark toffee, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, soft cocoa, and integrated aged oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, dark caramel, soft baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
