Aromatic and complex — vanilla, ripe stewed fruit, soft honey, sherried dried fruit, gentle baking spice, soft floral notes, dried apricot, and warm Cognac-cask oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — vanilla cream, honeyed stewed fruit, soft honey, sherried dried fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and integrated Cognac-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering vanilla, honey, sherried dried fruit, soft baking spice, and a soft Cognac-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
