Description
Color: Deep gold.
Nose: Appealing, infused with freshness. Precise notes of sweet cider, cooked apple and gingerbread. Opens up onto more vegetal and floral notes. Develops increasingly fruity notes of citrus fruit and prunes. Redolent of almond liqueur. Beeswax.
Palate: Ample and unaggressive. Stronger notes of wood structure and channel the fruity notes of the nose. Mild spices on the mid-palate. Very good balance.
Finish:Balanced, not a trace of bitterness or astringency. Lingers on to fruit, apple. Slightly medicinal, cloves and arnica.
