Christian Drouin XO β Pays d Auge Calvados - 70cl
Christian Drouin XO Pays d'Auge Calvados is a celebrated luxury aged Calvados from the prestigious Pays d'Auge appellation in Normandy, France β the highest-tier Calvados appellation. Crafted from a blend of over thirty apple varieties pressed into cider, double-distilled in copper alembic stills, then aged for a minimum of six years in French oak barrels (with much of the blend significantly older). The Pays d'Auge AOC status guarantees authentic regional craftsmanship and double-distillation.
Christian Drouin Distillery is a celebrated family-run Calvados house founded in 1960 by Christian Drouin Sr., now led by Guillaume Drouin (third generation). The estate sits in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region and is one of the few producers committed entirely to double-distilled, long-aged Calvados in the traditional manner.
From Christian Drouin Distillery in Coudray-Rabut, Pays d'Auge, Normandy β a benchmark luxury Calvados producer.
A definitive luxury aged Calvados β perfect for after-dinner sipping, premium gifting, or pairing with apple desserts, dark chocolate, or fine cigars. Serve neat in a tulip glass at room temperature.
