Código 1530 Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila aged six months in uncharred French oak Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels — a deliberate departure from the more common bourbon-cask reposado profile.
From Los Bajos, Jalisco, additive-free, copper-pot distilled. The wine-cask ageing layers soft red-fruit notes and elegant tannin onto the lowland agave's earthy depth.
A distinctive reposado for those who appreciate something different from the vanilla-led mainstream — exceptional neat or in elevated cocktails.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — cooked agave, vanilla, soft red berry, gentle floral notes, and a clear wine-cask sweetness — refined and beautifully composed.
