Traditionally made gin with 8 botanicals craft with ginseng. Paying tribute to the journey of the silk route. This london dry gin revives the recipe of a distilled, spicy juniper gin, originally crafted using unique ingredients from the exotic cinnamon gardens in Colombo.

Colombo No.7 is a London Dry Gin type Gin with an unusual list of ingredients. Juniper berry is omnipresent, surrounded by a blend of subtle and exotic spice notes that together create an unexpected harmony. This gin is made in small batches in a copper still to create the perfect marriage between all the unusual aromas for an explosive gin in the mouth.

Here we have a Navy Strength expression from those Colombo folks over in Sri Lanka! With a similar botanical recipe as the original Colombo London Dry, though with the addition of an extra helping curry leaves for some extra spiciness. This is sure to work well in a Negroni with its spicy kick.
