Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem Rouge is a celebrated craft French red — produced by Maison M. Chapoutier's Roussillon estate from old-vine Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan grown on schist terroir in Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour-de-France. "Occultum Lapidem" means "Hidden Stone" referring to the schist. Distinctive for its concentrated Roussillon profile.
