Doorly's XO Barbados Rum – 70cl
Doorly's XO is a blend of pot and column still rum, fully matured in Barbados.
It was matured for a minimum of six years and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask.
The label features an image of the grand Hyacinth Macaw – the largest macaw in the world.

PALATE
Layered and balanced — concentrated tropical fruit, gentle vanilla, refined oak, soft sherry-cask sweetness, with the precise Doorly's XO Foursquare-distilled Bajan complexity.
FINISH
Long and refined — sustained tropical fruit, gentle vanilla, refined oak, and a polished Doorly's XO Oloroso-finished fade.
