Nose: Open with oily malt, whiffs of burnt ends and barbecued char, as well as a few touches of apples and figs.

Palate: Chewy dates and oak greet the palate, with smouldering peat bringing spicy heat diving into fruity and tangy, with hints of peppermint.

Finish: Long and intense.
