Elixir Distillers Aultmore 9 Year Old Reserve Casks - 70cl

Distilled in 2011, this Aultmore was bottled in 2020 from a batch of only six Bourbon casks. In addition to the classic notes of this Speyside single malt, it is a delicate and vegetal dram that beautifully reflects the fresh and natural landscape from which it comes.

The Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks are a gustatory exploration. Bottled in small batches of four to six casks, each bottling showcases the variety of styles and flavors found throughout Scotland, as well as the differences in the angel’s share depending on the region.

Bottled at 48% without coloring or chill filtration, the Reserve Casks are intended to suit the palates of both novices and experts.
