TASTING NOTES

Colour : Bright, layered, and complex with significant nutty notes – indicative of long aging.

Nose : Caramelized Orange Peel, Apricot, and Brown Sugar – evoking notes of milk chocolate-covered strawberry, star anise, cardamom, and a toasted hazelnuts.

Palate : Opens again with caramelized citrus notes evolving into dark chocolate, fig, and cocoa butter – there is a savory complexity, subtle earthiness with hints of oxidated wine – like a rich vintage port. Overall, this is a lengthy yet very soft rum; especially for the proof – with elegant complexity.
