Time Re:Imagined
Glenfiddich was founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, in the heart of Speyside, and is still owned by his family's company, William Grant & Sons. The 40 Year Old was first released in 2000, and in 2022 it became Cumulative Time in the Time Re:Imagined collection.
The whisky
Each batch is made from specially selected butts and hogsheads combined in a marrying tun that keeps part of the previous batch. Glenfiddich describe it as full and silky, with memories of past releases in every note.
How to enjoy it
Pour a small measure neat, at room temperature, and give it time in the glass. Add water only a drop at a time, if at all.

Part of each batch is held back in the marrying tun and combined with newly selected casks for the next release, so the whisky builds on itself over time.
What is the case made from?
Jesmonite, a sculptural material with a stone-like finish inspired by geological change. Each case has its own markings, so no two are identical.
