Hampden 8 Year Old is a celebrated single-distillery Jamaican rum from the legendary Hampden Estate distillery in Trelawny, Jamaica. Aged for eight years in tropical conditions in Jamaica, then bottled at high strength with no additives. The eight-year tropical maturation accelerates oak influence dramatically compared to continental aging — equivalent to roughly 25 years in Scotland.

Hampden Estate dates to 1753 and is one of the world's last remaining producers of pure pot-still Jamaican rum, using long natural fermentations, dunder, and muck pits to develop the wild aromatic complexity that defines the famous 'hogo' funk.
