NOSE

Powerful and intoxicating. The initial nose reveals intense notes of cane sugar and ripe tropical fruits (roasted pineapple). As it opens up, rich layers of manuka honey blend with aromatic herbs (thyme, bay leaf), candied orange peel, and spices (clove and black pepper).

PALATE

Precise and dynamic. Roasted pineapple notes reappear, enhanced by hints of dark chocolate and toasted coconut. Mid-palate, savory herbs like sage and thyme integrate with developing smoky nuances, accompanied by spices such as star anise and cardamom. The intensity builds with waves of cocoa beans and licorice.

FINISH

Long and velvety. Exceptionally balanced, the finish reveals notes of cinnamon and clove, followed by earthy hints of cocoa and charred oak. A floral bouquet (violet) adds a touch of elegance before the finish concludes with rich notes of cane sugar and caramelized molasses.
