TASTING NOTES


Nose: Buttery, biscuity, malty aromas. Hints of Pina Colada, allspice, a little tropical fruit. There’s also an underlying berry fruit character. Honeyed and very inviting.

Palate: A big, rich, sweet palate with strawberry jam and cracked black pepper. Oily and mouth-filling, with a wonderful blackcurrant note. A dash of nutmeg adds some real complexity late palate.

Finish: Short-to-medium with sweet, fruity honey on the finish.
