TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Profoundly aromatic — heather honey, gentle peat smoke, caramelised dried fruit, antique leather, dark chocolate, vanilla, polished oak, and warm baking spice — extraordinarily mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Velvety and concentrated — caramelised honey, gentle smoke, dried fig, vanilla cream, sherried oak, leather, dark cocoa, and warm spice — full-bodied with the depth that only three decades can deliver.
FINISH
Exceptionally long — lingering honey, dried fruit, dark caramel, sherried oak, gentle leather, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully — refined and beautifully composed.
