Highland Park Triskelion is a strictly limited Island single malt — created by three Highland Park Master Whisky Makers (Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane, and John Ramsay) who each contributed their personal cask selection to a single expression. Matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon, Spanish ex-sherry, and refill casks at the historic Highland Park distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney.
Founded in 1798. Bottled at 45.1% ABV. Strictly limited and individually numbered.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Opulent and complex — heather honey, gentle peat smoke, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, leather, and warm toasted oak — luxurious and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Velvety and rich — caramelised honey, gentle smoke, dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, leather, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering honey, gentle smoke, dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, and a soft warming spice depth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
