Distilled in September 2015, the Gin from the Isle of Harris is incredibly fresh, refined, and complex. It is characterized by the Sugar kelp, a specific seaweed from the island that is one of the eight botanicals used in the composition of this gin. The bottle, handcrafted and enhanced by this exclusive presentation, captures the natural essence of the island, drawing inspiration from the movement of the sand on the long beaches of Luskentyre. This set includes: one 70cl bottle of Harris Gin and 2 tasting tumblers.
TASTING NOTES
Nose : Precise, fresh, and fruity. The nose opens with juniper berries and then evokes pine needles, lemon and bitter orange zest. It then progresses to coriander and rose, before evolving into maritime notes.
Palate : Fresh, balanced, and mineral. Juniper berries harmoniously blend with pine and fruit notes [mango, grapefruit, orange].
Finish : Long and subtle, the finish evolves with black pepper, iodine, and vanilla notes.
