Jameson Black Barrel is a premium expression of the Jameson range — combining single pot still and grain whiskies and matured in double-charred American ex-bourbon barrels alongside Spanish ex-sherry casks. The intensified char on the bourbon barrels builds richer vanilla and caramel depth than the standard Jameson. Bottled at 40% ABV.

NOSE
Aromatic and warmly composed — vanilla, dark caramel, ripe orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, gentle baking spice, soft toasted nuts, and warm charred oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — vanilla cream, dark caramel, honeyed orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, gentle baking spice, soft toasted nuts, and integrated double-charred oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Medium-long and warmly oaked — lingering vanilla, dark caramel, sherried dried fruit, soft baking spice, and a warming charred oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
